Customer Information
We collect basic information about our customers at the time of signup to identify our customers and to maintain the integrity of our systems with respect to multiple accounts, fraud, know your customer procedures and more. All potential customers are required to fill out our signup form truthfully and to the best of their ability.
Account Security
Access to your account is restricted by an Account/PIN and Password. It is your responsibility to keep this information safe and secure. You should never share or reveal your account credentials to outside parties. Treat your account credentials with the same care as you would your online banking information.
What is a Turing Test?
We use the Turing Test to prevent unwanted signups via automated systems. Our signup forms are intended to be directly filled out by the individual requesting the account. The Turing Test is employed to enhance our already robust security measures and to protect the integrity of our systems.
