• FAX: Download this form, print it, follow the instructions within and fax picks to 1-888-634-4061.
• E-MAIL: Download this form and send the required information (name, account # and picks) to contest@wgmg.co.cr.

CONTEST RULES

1. Must have active BetGuardian.com Account.
2. Minimum $50 Account Balance to enter.
3. Pick the four tournament finalists (no pointspreads). Any entry with missing or incorrect information will be voided.
4. Only one entry per account. If multiple entries are received, all will be voided.
5. Picks must be in no later than 11:59PM Pacific 17th of March, 2010.
6. Picks MUST BE ENTERED ONLINE, FAXED or E-MAILED: You may not phone in your picks! *Absolutely no exceptions* Due to the high traffic on the fax machine, it is wise to get your selections in as early as possible.
7. Results of the contest will be available online. Results will be posted the Tuesday, April 6th, 2010 after 12:00PM PST. Customer Service and Sportsbook clerks will not have the results. Please do not inquire with them.
8. All cash prizes will be posted to winning accounts by 12:00pm PST the following Friday, in order to allow for any winning claims. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
9. All Winnings are cash and eligible for immediate withdrawal.
10. All decisions regarding the final outcome of the contest will be at the sole discretion of the management of BetGuardian.com.
