Withdrawing funds from your account

Due to the high cost of transferring funds, we respectfully request that each customer seek only one payout per week. Adherence to this policy enables us to continue providing one free pay-out per Calendar month, as well as, continuing to pick up the majority of the cost of all subsequent pay-outs without the need to pass on the full amount to the customer.

Payout Requests:

  • Contact customer service Monday through Friday 8:00 am Pacific to 4:00 pm pacific at 1-800-274-8313.
  • Withdrawal requests must be made via telephone. No email requests will be accepted or processed except for clients outside the US and Canada.
  • One free withdrawal of $300 or more, per calendar month via cashier's check as long as a minimum of $300 is left in the account. Fees apply for subsequent withdrawals during a calendar month.
  • Bank wires are available for a $90 fee
  • Neteller: One free payout per calendar month up to $750, subsequent withdrawals incur a charge of 3% of the transaction amount, up to $30
  • Money wire transfers are available, for a fee, and will be available the following day if requested by 8 am PST. Same day wires are no longer available. Fees vary according to the amount of the transfer.
  • MoneyBookers: one free payout a month up to $750. Subsequent payouts incur a $5 charge.
  • Click2Pay: one free payout a month up to $1,000. Subsequent payouts incur a $5 charge.


Credit Card Payout:

Payouts will be issued back to credit, or debit, cards used to process deposits. All charge or debit card depositors must receive payments on winnings via other payment methods. Further information, authorization and identification will be required of the cardholder before any payouts are processed. No withdrawals will be processed without first meeting the requisite 15 days clearance on all credit card and debit card deposits. Payouts back to cards take approximately 7 business days to reach your bank.

Ways to send money

General Deposit Information:

Guardian Guaranty Corporation will credit your account for 100% of the transaction fees on all deposits exceeding $300. If you deposit less than $300, Guardian Guaranty Corporation will reimburse you for anything over the first $15 of the fee. For example; your transaction fee on a deposit of $200 = $22. Guardian Guaranty Corporation will reimburse you in the amount of $7.

Money Wire Transfer:

Wire transfer instructions change daily. Please call the folks in customer service at 1-800-203-3336 or 1-800-490-4290 before sending a wire. We accept money wire transfers from two different wire services and we have receiving posts in many different countries, each with different operators waiting to receive your funds. It is very important that you never send a wire without getting the most current instructions. Wires can be sent with cash at your local wire transfer location or over the phone with your credit card. If you'd like to use your credit card, our customer service office can provide you with instructions and a toll free number for the wire transfer service.

You may deposit funds into your account with your Visa card online or by calling customer service at 1-800-203-3336 or 1-800-490-4290 . You will be required to provide your card number, expiration date, and security code. You may be required to provide additional information and/or identification.


Neteller*:

Payments can be processed online through Neteller This service provides an immediate, secure, and effective mechanism for transferring funds over the internet. Neteller transfers can be issued online by the customer.
